Returns

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • request is submitted within 7 days of receiving your order

  • items are not opened and security seals are intact

Refunds

Once the items are received, refunds will be:

  • issued to the original payment method used

  • shipping & delivery fees are non-refundable (except on instances that the return is due to an error on our part (wrong, defective, or damaged items)

Wrong, Defective, or Damaged Items

If you received wrong, defective, or damaged items, please notify us immediately and we will offer you the following options:

  • replacement of the items

  • full refund

Please provide clear photos/videos as proof.
